At Hydration Heroes, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@hydrationheroes.co to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hydrationheroes.co with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
